1. Services

JA-LT Marketing provides services in four areas: SEO, ad targeting, email infrastructure, and web design and management. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a written proposal.

2. Engagement

Most engagements are proposal-based with a monthly retainer. Each engagement has its own statement of work. These terms apply alongside any proposal-specific terms; where they conflict, the proposal controls.

3. Free baseline audit

The free baseline audit offered on this site is provided at no cost and creates no obligation on either side. The deliverable is yours to keep regardless of whether you choose to engage further.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and business details as confidential, both during and after any engagement. We expect the same from clients regarding our methods, deliverables, and proprietary materials.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We do not warrant any specific outcome (rankings, traffic, conversions) because those depend on factors outside our control.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
